For those of us who simply love costume jewellery, we are in for a treat this winter; Accessories have gone big and mighty, and according to my sources the trend is set to stay with us even next spring and summer. But before you rush to your nearest department store in the hope of finding the biggest necklace or bangle you can get your hands on, make sure you remember that there is a new way of wearing costume jewellery this winter. Remember that this year Size Matters! The bigger the accessory the better. The trend is also to wear more than one necklace at a time and to mix styles and textures like metal, satin and pearls, and velvet. Wear your big chunky necklaces over polo neck jumpers and also over your evening wear.
